Floor plans don't tell the whole story
A two-dimensional drawing on paper cannot convey what a room truly feels like. People stand in their kitchens after construction and realize they miscalculated the space, the light, the flow. By then, it's too late.
Plans lie
A drawing cannot show you how a room breathes or where light falls.
Surprises cost
Changes discovered mid-construction drain budgets and delay timelines.

What it actually looks like
Clients walking through their marked layouts on actual land.
Nothing replaces standing inside
Tape marks fade. Models gather dust on shelves. Virtual walkthroughs end when you close the app. None of it puts you inside your actual home, on your actual land, at the true size you'll live with every day.
This is different. We print your floor plan directly onto the ground where your house will stand. You walk into rooms that don't exist yet. You measure hallway widths with your own stride. You feel how light moves through spaces. You discover whether your kitchen breathes or suffocates. You test the flow from bedroom to bathroom to living room.
No screen. No simulation. No guessing. Just you, your land, and the real proportions of the home you're about to build. That clarity is worth everything when it prevents a $50,000 mistake after the foundation is poured.

FAQ
Everything you need to know about walking your home before building.
We work with PDF, DWG, and CAD files. If your plans are in another format, send them anyway and we'll let you know. Most architectural files work without issue.
Marking typically takes one to two days depending on the size of your home. We'll confirm the exact timeline when you book. Your walkthrough happens the day after marking is complete.
Our robotic system accounts for slopes and uneven terrain. We've marked homes on hillsides, sloped lots, and challenging ground. Bring your land as it is.
Yes. Many clients discover they want to adjust room sizes, doorways, or flow. We can mark revised layouts on the same land. This is why changes cost far less than discovering them mid-construction.
Bring your family, your builder, your architect. The more eyes on the layout, the better. We recommend four to six people for the most useful feedback.
